The PSC is a joint collaboration between CAPOD and the Students’ Association, with input from many additional staff, students and external presenters. Peer Observation

A peer observation of teaching scheme is in place to encourage and support teaching and personal development through the collegial exchange of ideas. The scheme is voluntary for members of academic staff. Postgraduate tutors and demonstrators are required to take part in peer observation, both as observers and observed, during at least one postgraduate teaching session.
